OUR TEAM
Our team is led by CEO and Managing Director, Rangarajan Kidambi. A Mechanical and Industrial engineer by trade, Rangarajan is an alumnus of Manipal Institute of Technology, Class of 88’. He is also an alumnus of the Institute of Financial Management & Research. Over the years, under his vision, ELECTRONS has evolved into a highly specialized organization that innovates and manufactures systems of high reliability. With over 25 years of experience satisfying clients ranging from SME’s to publicly traded corporations, Rangarajan is a domain expert in industrial refrigeration, product cooling, process improvement, and air conditioning.
ELECTRONS comprises mainly of commercial and engineering personnel who ensure that the job gets done not just on time, but before time. Within our ranks, we have mechanical and electrical engineers who are supported by our certified hands-on technicians. Our progressive thinking and compensation strategies have enabled us to retain skilled talent, as we realize that it is the employees that make the enterprise what it is.
